I'm highly pleased with CyndrTec and Cliff Toner's thoughtful approach to addressing the challenging issues created due to a semi-botched data transfer to my new laptop and workarounds that didn't work for me which were done by third parties. Cliff asked questions, understood what I needed to be able to do, and implemented solutions that got me up and running again in the way I needed. I greatly appreciate the integrity, honesty, can-do attitude, and useful information provided each time regarding issues or items to be aware of or to consider first when I've requested assistance then and since. Cliff was recommended to me for memory upgrades on my two older Mac desktops and he was fantastic! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient making the entire upgrade stress free - Highly recommended!! Thanks again Cliff!

I had another company tell me my laptop wasn’t worth working on. I brought in to Matt and he offered several fixes that worked great. Very nice and professional Definitely my go to place now for all my computer repair and service needs
