Man oh man. Adam saved me thousands of dollars and years of word. My hard drive completely crashed and wouldn’t open with almost 4TB of work-over 12 years on it. Geek Squad said it would take 2 to 3 months sending it off with no guarantee of fixing it. And it would cost $100 for every GB they recovered. Reach out to Adam and he saved me! Adam’s service was excellent! He fixed a printer issue in a few minutes, and when I mentioned I was having issues with my TV as well he quickly solved the problem that ROKU had failed to resolve with phone calls over 2 days.
