John was so helpful. I had tried everything I could possibly think of to get a new printer and my computer communicating and John called me quickly after learning of my issue. After we couldn't figure it out with him remotely, he drove to my office same day and worked diligently and figured it out - then paired another computer to the printer as well. So efficient!
Al Bellino and Stasmayer are the best choice for IT management and support. Al is phenomenal and cares about his customer's needs. Will absolutely be reaching back out Al and his team the next time we need help.
I have worked with Stasmayer for 3+ years now, and it has been a great experience. The team is incredibly personable, patient, and understanding. They take the time to really listen to all our concerns, and they’re quick to make a plan and take action when something comes up. We are very thankful for Stasmayer! Highly recommend!
