“Mrs Catherine Panomarenko, Never complained or called me. If she did I would have corrected the issues. I did 4 different jobs for this young lady. First job installing sink in her granite kitchen counter top. She stated that she was very pleased. Second modified her beautiful built in kitchen cabinets so that all doors and draws automatic close soft.She was happy and I corrected a couple other without additional charges. Third job for this young lady installed electric charger for both of their electric cars. Fourth job built Fire place mantle so that she could insert her electric fireplace logs.she was satisfied with no complaints. Installed a sauna in her bathroom. No complaints.
Back to the tile issues. On day one, I told Mrs. CATHERINE that I do not want to use Lowes tile because of cracking issues. Sub contract showed her some tile from Lowes, She stated to me that what she wanted. Although she went against my supplier, I would still corrected the issues but she never complained to me or gave me the opportunity to correct the issues. I am the GC I would have made the Sub-contractor corrected the issues“

“I too was assigned WJA by home warranty to repair a toilet that we ended up just replacing. They were great. really nice and helpful. Told me about an issue with my floor that needed to be dealt with - they don't do that kind of work and didn't refer me they were just looking out for a customer. You don't get that a lot anymore these days. I would have hired them to do the floor work if that was something they did.Working with home warranty companies can be frustrating for both customer and contractor - I think we need to remember that when making judgements about the contractors they send out to us. I will say working with 2-10 has been overall pleasant. Much better than my experience with AHS. I appeciate WJA being willing to work with them and doing such a nice job.“
