I too was assigned WJA by home warranty to repair a toilet that we ended up just replacing. They were great. really nice and helpful. Told me about an issue with my floor that needed to be dealt with - they don't do that kind of work and didn't refer me they were just looking out for a customer. You don't get that a lot anymore these days. I would have hired them to do the floor work if that was something they did.Working with home warranty companies can be frustrating for both customer and contractor - I think we need to remember that when making judgements about the contractors they send out to us. Absolutely fantastic service, punctuality, friendliness, and quality. They replaced my hot water heater through my warranty company, process was extremely easy. I would not hesitate to use them for other needs.

On 12-09-21 Brandon and Ray were professional and friendly gentlemen. They changed my garbage disposal in minutes without a mess as previous company made such a mess. They worked as a team and got the job done.I would use this company for future services thru 2-10 Home Warranty.
