If I could zero stars I would. I came to this establishment 3 times to use their bathroom and today on my 3rd time coming here. I was greeted with * am I a patient? Like what I got to be a patient to use the bathroom? The dumbest thing I have ever heard. Lady, I drive for public transportation and this and the other place across from them is the only restroom in the area to use the restroom. if I did wanted to be a patient definitely don't now. It's the two black ladies at the front I knew it was something the last time i came in their cause I can tell the way they was looking it's usually always our color anyway. From start to finish a poor experience. My mother was discharged from the hospital and meds were stopped. I called and was transferred to an operator the lady called me who I immediately returned her call back within minutes. Another operator. I asked for an apt asap since my 67 year old mom blood pressure meds were stopped. No apt. I went there Friday before they closed. Was told the nurse would call me Monday to schedule. Nothing. My mom went back to the hospital for an outpatient treatment that was cancelled due to her bp being too high. I told them no one called me. They said they’d call them and asked me to try to. Was going there many years and did not have many problems. I began to notice I was waiting longer and longer, though I would be early for my appointments. The last time I was there, I waited over an hour AFTER signing in and saw multiple people come in after and leave before me. I left disappointed and upset, and there was not real attempt to make up for the experience. I would not recommend Wellspring Family Medicine as a facility to go to for your healthcare needs, after being a patient there almost 10 years plus and receiving that sort of treatment.
