They are not proficient in completing prescription request or completing forms needed to assist patients. I contacted my PA and requested her email and also at that time, informed her of my trying to get assistance with high cost Ozempic and that a form will be sent to her by email to sign and complete by P.A.P. Due to her negligence in completing and returning the form, I was denied assistance by P.A.P. I've been trying to renew my anxiety medication since September by sending 2 separate requests and still no response from Palmetto staff about prescription. I have been going there for years. Dr Patrice High is absolutely the best primary physician I ever had.Hats off to the nurses and staff. You just can't find a better medical team than these people.

Is it weird to LOVE going to visit the doctor? Dr. Harvey and the entire staff are amazing. I am confident in their abilities and enjoy the fact that they are so personable and kind. Beyond excellent care and relatable professionals.
