Waverly Women's Health offers great service and valuable information to support patients' health journeys. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, making the environment welcoming. Patients have noted that the medical assistants and nurse practitioners go above and beyond to ease any worries. The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that patients feel cared for. While wait times can be long, the office is super clean and organized, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. Many patients appreciate the excellent care they receive, including support for significant health concerns.
My wife and I absolutely love this place and are so glad we chose it for our pregnancy journey. Dr. Thapa is amazing, thoughtful, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We’ve had a great experience and highly recommend Waverly Women’s Health!
I am so grateful that we were referred to Dr Thapa. I honestly don’t think we would have gotten the level of service, expert care, patience and detail in another facility or with another doctor. Every member of the staff is friendly and professional. I can’t say enough great things about this office and its staff.
Absolutely love this place! The front staff (Tracey and the ladies), Lasheeda the medical assistant, and Alison Moore, APRN, DNP have been fantastic! You will walk into place looking forward to seeing these ladies!
Alison and Lasheeda were very empathetic and encouraging, not dismissive at all. Alison is the cheerleader every woman needs, navigating the complexities of middle age. You walk out of there feeling like you've got hope and you can face anything.
