Three hours after my dogs appt I decide to show up and just wait for him cus he should be done soon. Wrong. The two girls were sitting in the front, this lady with a puppy walks out, the girl who works there says my dog isn't done and he had to be separated from the pup in case of aggression. I'm like "hmmmmm odd but ok" cus my dog is way too fuckin chill. I go outside and look through the window to see her dragging my dog out, choking him in the process, and he's really cowering when she walks to him. Very odd for my dog. So I start walk-in in and hear him yelp loudly while she's brushing. Like she's pressing too fucking hard and hurting him. So no I don't recommend this place. Plus they said they never do the full process with my dog cus he don't like it but that's news to me cus what the fuck am I paying you for and when the fuck were you going to tell me so I could request just the fucking bath. Fuck y'all. My dog is too chill, doesn't even bark at dogs. Only barks when the door bell is rang.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your dog to petsmart on Two Notch Road to be groomed!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Petsmart location is by far the worst, and I am so upset with right now......I took my Goldendoodle there today to have him groomed and the wait they shaved my dog's coat was HORRIBLE!!! The only part of his body that was to be cut down ONLY because they were too lazy to comb through a few tangles, was his legs....the rest of his body was supposed to have the puppy cut. Olivia stated they would use a 10 blade, but far from the truth. Olivia stated only his legs would be cut low, far from the truth. Kairah is who groomed him, and she cut and cut and cut so low that his legs look like slim jims and his but was almost bare. I informed Olivia that this was UNACCEPTABLE, and they did NOT even remotely cut his hair according to what we discussed and what was saved in their system....after making a million excuses and talking over me, she says and I quote, "maybe he's not a good fit for us"....I said "why, because I'm holding you responsible for this mess that you call a haircut?"....she replies, "maybe you should comb and brush your dog's hair so he doesn't become matted", and I said, "lady I do comb and brush my dog's hair, where is your manager" she opens the door and says "go find her, she's up there somewhere" and although I wanted to slap the taste out of her mouth, I went upfront to speak with the manager who also attempted to make excuses but for Olivia stating she was tired after having been there all day, and of course that did not help the matter. I did NOT give them a dime, and I will be looking for another facility to take my dog. The one star I gave them was only because I couldn't give a NEGATIVE ZERO
