“I have personally had a great experience since day one. The owner is kind, understanding, and does an excellent job. We have taken our German shepherd and Labrador 3 or 4 times now. They always come back clean, smelling great, and feeling nice and soft. Most importantly they are always happy after coming here and even get excited to take their baths! We have taken them to other groomers and they have never been this way, we really appreciate the fact that this means they are treated well even when we are not present. They also smell great for a long time even after having played outside some days, when they normally would stink when coming inside the house. We will definitely keep bringing them here and would recommend if you are looking for a good groomer in the area.“
“I have a very sweet, but very shy Boston terrier, especially when I try to take her new places (park, river walk, etc). She freezes up and refuses to walk or tries to get back in the car. After working with Tom, I know I have the tools to continue working with Minnie to make her more comfortable whenever we go to a new location or she’s in an unfamiliar environment. I learned so much about how dogs think/act and how to be a better owner for Minnie so she lives a better life. I know it’ll be a lifelong process with her anytime we go somewhere new, but I now know how to manage my expectations and work with her in new situations. So thankful!“

This decision to go through and send our dog to training has been one of the best decisions we have made as dog owners.Our dog knew basic commands but didn’t like to hold them for lengths of time and can be rambunctious for people coming into the house. Andrea was our trainer and was amazing. Day 1 or having our dog back and she was able to hold a sit the entire time I checked out at a pet store even with another dog barking and jumping towards her.Andrea hands down did a magic spell or something to turn previous difficult tasks for our dog to do, to our dog easily overcoming and being a well behaved fur child.Hands down would recommend Andrea as the trainer to everyone I brag to about how well our dog listens and how well behaved she is now.“
