I cannot say enough kind things about this place. My sweet girl LOVES Dr. Gardner, and so do I! My sweet girl can be a little spicy, but they love her just the same. Every single staff member is so kind, and SO helpful! I ask a lot of questions, but they never tire of them (lol). 10/10!

All of the staff and Dr. Megan are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had to make a tough decision in regards to our precious kitty. They could have not been more kind, patient, compassionate, and understanding. I appreciate the honesty that we received as well for our situation. I personally want to thank Sue at the front desk for getting us in ASAP and again to the team for making a horrible day so much easier. Thank you.

Great experience! Dr. Megan and staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Megan did more for my cat with seizures in 10 minutes than our previous vet did ever. And for a lot less money. I greatly appreciate that the billing is completely transparent. I don't consider it upselling at all. I look at it as I don't know what my pet might need and they are offering what they, in their professional capacity, would recommend. We, as the pet parents, have the ability to pick and choose as our finances allow. I will be transferring all of my pets to this vet immediately. Thank you Spring Valley!
