Had to board my baby for a week and also requested a last minute grooming/nail trim/bath, they were able to fit him in during the week and he looked absolutely amazing when I picked him up! He loves going to Southern Pines, they do a great job taking care of him! I was extra impressed with the grooming job!
I love how easy it is to do everything online; schedule reservations including drop-off and pick-up times, communicate with staff, pay for boarding, check availability, see expiring vaccinations, and upload current vaccine records. They are very reasonably priced, and whenever I have to contact the staff about anything, they are very prompt with a response, whether through phone or email. Not to mention that my dog always looks forward to staying here and making new friends every visit. Love this place!
Easy drop off and pick up! Excellent job on his bath! He feels so soft!
