We had a major leakage issue in the crawlspace of our home. After being referred to Mercelis by a relative, I called him and he responded quickly. Mercelis is courteous, professional and a man of his word. He and his team arrived and diagnosed the problem. They replaced the plumbing under the house within two days and followed up to make sure the system worked properly, all for a reasonable price and including a warranty. They videoed and took pictures of everything and communicated throughout the process. I had a PVC pipe break at the main water line. I called Perfecto Plumbing and Marcellis came out the next day, and promptly repaired the line. He had to dig up a good bit of dirt to do it. When he was finished, he tested the line and found that there was a small leak on the city side and instructed me how to contact them to repair their portion. I probably never would have known about that one had he not tested it.
He also replaced all of the dirt and sod, took pictures of everything he did and communicated throughout the whole process.
