Palmetto Optometry Associates provides good customer service, with staff known for being very nice and informative. Exams are efficiently serviced, and patients appreciate help with glasses and benefits. Staff, including knowledgeable opticians like Leslie, assist with fittings and expertise. With some staff also visiting as satellites from main locations, overall the business delivers an excellent experience for patients, combining professionalism and helpfulness with comfort and attention to details.
This was one of the best experiences I have had for an eye exam. The staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was the first time I had a virtual exam. I will definitely return.
Todd did a great job with my eye exam. He was very patient, polite, explained everything. They have very sophisticated equipment: took pictures of the inside of my eye, measured eye pressures for glaucoma, updated my prescription for glasses, took pictures of the front of my eye. The doctor also very nice and helpful in explaining everything. Very impressive. Thank you.
Good customer service experience, everyone was very nice and informative. My only complaint is that the exam included a test that wasn’t covered by my insurance, and I’d like to understand what’s covered and what’s not as it’s happening, not at the end when I have to pay.
