I have a pair of Ray Bans that I bought replacement lenses for. I took them to a shop here in Columbia, but they couldn’t swap them. They recommended Eye On Gervais. I called and got Mike. Right away I could tell I had called the right place. Mike took a look and tried. Couldn’t get the screws out. Not wanting to quit, he ordered a special tool. That didn’t work, but Mike persevered. He modified the tool and made it happen. Not only that, he only wanted to charge me for the cost of the special tool. $25! Um, no. I paid $40 for his determination and persistence. The kind, informative, and helpful staff made my visit to Eye on Gervais the best medical experience I’ve had yet! Dr. Loftis is very thorough with his process and takes the time to explain everything he finds, and the front desk is so wonderful answering all my questions and assisting with my new glasses. Satisfied doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel, I am so happy I found y’all!
