This message is regarding my son's recent experience with one of your driving instructor, Dale.
My son reported that Dale was rude, unprofessional, and made condescending comments toward him during his lesson. Instead of creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment, Dale's behavior made my son feel uncomfortable and discouraged.
Driving instruction should be conducted with professionalism, patience, and respect. Constructive feedback is important, but it should always be delivered in a respectful manner. Based on my son's experience, those expectations were not met.
Note: the others instructors that we had were nice and helpful.
