“This is by far the absolute best med spa in all of Charleston. Please do yourself a favor and check it out!!! I have been wanting lip filler for YEARS and finally decided to have it done. I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. I did not have much of an upper lip before and the filler looks soo natural! I could not be more grateful! They are transparent about pricing and they do have monthly specials. I will definitely be back to get a few skin treatments before my upcoming wedding! Thanks so much y'all!!!“

“My wife and I have now been here three or four times. I've never had a bad massage. The first three times were probably in the 4-4.5 range if I had to put a number to them. But this last time was one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. Amy (Aimee?) was amazing. Actually focused on the areas that were causing me problems, and worked them until I left feeling better than I've felt in a couple of years. Simply amazing work by her. A couple of minor things - they turned away three people (one couple and one gentlemen) while we were checking in, because they didn't have appointments. So even though it says walk ins welcome, I'd caution to make an appointment. Amy did say they were about to expand next door so they'd be able to take more people in the near future, so I'm sure that'll help out. Lastly my massage started about 10-15 minutes late because they must have been backed up. Amy gave me a full hour massage, and I didn't get cheated out of any time (if anything she may have went a few minutes over), I just mention this as a warning your 2 o'clock appointment may turn into a 2:15 appointment instead. If you get Amy (likewise my wife said her masseuse was also amazing) you'll leave feeling great and definitely won't mind a few minute delay.“
