When I arrived, it all made perfect sense. Another customer showed up without a code and was gently turned away at the front desk. He said he hadn’t realized appointments were mandatory and needed to book first. Seeing this made me appreciate how smooth and perfectly organized my visit was. After showing my approval code, I was welcomed right in. Lina had the room beautifully set up and was waiting with a warm presence. Jennifer is a knowledgeable and friendly therapist. I had a ton of tension & stress and had been having issues since my last massage that I had gotten at another spa a few fews ago and was causing a lot of neck pain after my massage with Jennifer I felt a million times better, she was able to work things out and relieve my pain without causing any soreness. I would definitely recommend going here and will return myself! The parking lot says it's paid but it's free you just have to put in your info on the app. I also appreciated her texting directions to find the place the night before my appointment
