Awful! Lured in. Should have known better. One girl was nice and I might have even bought a product if the other very rude blonde lady didn’t come over and insult my 18 year old daughter. We are visiting here and my daughters and I were shopping for me. Girls were letting me pick out things I liked. She asked my daughter if she even had $600 to spend on me and asked my daughter if she was the boss. Most disrespectful woman I have ever meet. She should not be in sales all. I wish I could put a sign in front of the scam store and say….STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Sh can’t be making any money.

I was with my family enjoying the market when we were walking to a gift shop when a guy came out and started applying products to my grandma's face. We did not know until we walked out of the gift shop and found this guy talking to her in the shop. We said we had to go catch her flight and they said she should stay and tried getting me to come in. I was said no and he stomped back to my grandma. Soon after 15 minutes my father went in and had to take her out before they added more on her face. Do not fall for this scam stay safe!

This place is horrible. They convinced a visiting relative of mine to make a big purchase for a skin care product that was defective. I’ve tried to go to the location multiple times during stated open times and their doors are locked with mail stuffed in seemingly abandoned. I have tried calling the general customer service number and have not been able to reach a human being and have left multiple unanswered voicemails over the last several weeks. This place needs to leave Charleston ASAP to make room for a business that actually cares about their customers and their products.
