I had an amazing experience here today! Michaela was working the store by herself on a Sunday and absolutely crushed it. She was so knowledgeable about the skincare products, took her time helping customers, and still kept such a positive and welcoming attitude. She even let me try some great samples! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and what she does. Exceptional service! I’ll definitely be back!

First experience at Blue Mercury. I came in 30 min before close on a busy day so I was worried about being too late, but Michaela treated me like a queen. I was looking for a lighter weight foundation and she helped me dial into what would work best for my skin, and even applied different shades to ensure I had the best match. Then she helped teach me how to apply bronzer and pick one out as well. I am a week into using these products and I couldn’t be happier. Truly next level service and her expertise and joy she clearly had for her work was refreshing! Couldn’t recommend more.

We just moved here and I stumbled across this store just browsing for dry shampoo. The employees working were both so unbelievably kind and helpful - Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to Tyler and Michaela!!!!
Both of them were so welcoming and sweet. Michaela went above and beyond to help me find a foundation shade as well as educated me on a lot of the best clean makeup brands and what would work best for my skin. I very rarely have experiences this good from a cosmetic store so I was very impressed with their customer service and friendliness. Blue Mercury will now be my one stop shop for all things makeup and hair !!!
