This company has the best customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with, bar none. I needed a replacement latch for a door that is no longer manufactured. I had been looking for months but no one made the size I needed any more. Rory was able to find a replacement latch from somewhere in Europe. I don’t know how many hours he spent trying to find it but I do know the cost of the latch didn’t come close to covering his effort. It got the feeling that for him it was more about helping people.
