Before the installation they advised me of everything to expect and what I needed to do in preparation for the work to be done. The installer, William, did a fantastic job. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. He was very hard working, putting in over 9 hours both days. He was very meticulous in cleaning up and taking the old carpeting and putting it into his vehicle as he went. There’s nothing that they need to improve upon.
