My parents and I worked with Tasha, she deserves a 5 STAR rating for sure! So patient and kind to all of us , she never once rushed us through our planning process even with other clients waiting. Tasha is very knowledgeable with great ideas ,its hard to believe that she has only been in this position a short period of time. Once my order was complete, I came in a week later to pay and my order had to be processed all over again because it wasn’t saved in the system. The manager James got involved and from that point forward everything started going downhill. The order was overlooked and didn’t get sent in for two weeks. Once the cabinets were all in the order didn’t have our frosted glass door instead it was a regular cabinet door and we were shorted one lightning rod. When I called to let them know I was told I will have to wait another two weeks to get the glass door.Update: two weeks later, James says my frosted door isn’t there and I was supposed to pick it up two days ago. James, the store manager, was very helpful and accommodating with assisting in with a major kitchen remodel. We went through a couple of iterations, but came up with a design that we love. I would definitely recommend Cabinets To Go - Columbia for you kitchen remodels.
