Marielle Taylor at Floor and Decor’s Columbia, SC, store did an excellent job helping us decide on a tile package for our condo in the Caribbean we are remodeling. Though our contractor will purchasing the tiles from Floor & Decor’s Miami store - her patience and taste helped us to solve the tiles and colors we had been working on for weeks.

We have had a wonderful experience using Floor and Decor for all of our renovation projects. We remodeled three bathrooms and are currently refacing our fireplace. Tammy has been phenomenal to work with as our decorator. She has a great eye and we loved the end result of each bathroom. The cashiers are also very friendly. My only complaint is trying to get someone to answer the phones when I call up there to see if Tammy is working or have a general question. Sometimes I have to call three times before someone picks up. I have recommended your store and decorator services to others.
