Despite this, many customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and quality haircuts, with specific praise for stylist Rickey. Overall, Great Clips aims to deliver a pleasant experience for all clients.
I checked in early on a Sunday afternoon. I had to cancel my original reservation because I was running over an hour late, but I was able to check in again very easily—with just a single click on my smartphone screen. I had no waiting time and the haircut went very well just as I wanted. No complains.
We took one of our great grandsons for a haircut. He has ADHD. The stylist was great. She goes by the name Miracle. She was fantastic and he enjoyed getting his haircut. He is 5 years old and I am greatful for the kindness she showed us. ❤️
I checked in before I got there. As they request. When I checked in, there was zero wait. I was there in five minutes, and the wait was 35 minutes. The girl that trimmed me finished with the lady. Said it would be a minute while she cleaned up. It was 15 minutes as I could see her on her phone. The guy that came in after me was taken back first because "she pulled your name."If someone wants to mess on her phone she should not take a customer out of the Que. The trim was not what I asked for.
