I have been going to Dr. Roman for many years. When my back and/or neck pain flares up, I definitely go here for relief. Dr. Roman and his staff are very professional and care sincerely about my pain and the treatment. Cayce Chiropractic Center is the BEST!!!

Always a must stop every time I'm in Columbia! Dr. Pate & Dr. Roman are wonderful!! Through the recommendation of a friend, I scheduled a visit with Cayce Chiropractic. They immediately eased all of my fears about Chiropractors, and I walked out of the office feeling better than I have in a long time! I look forward to going back! THANK YOU!

We offer our services in an honest and straightforward manner. You will not be exposed to high pressure sales tactics, pre-payment plans or excessive care plans. Our goal is to get the patient better as efficiently as possible while being very thorough in our approach. We are also the Disc Center of Columbia, specializing in spinal decompression treatment for chronic back and neck pain management.
