My daughter was having challenges with her ankle and Athlete's Mechanic was extremely helpful. She had a ton of fun while we at their office and Ashley gave her exercises to do at home. We are thankful for Ashley's kindness and knowledge.

Dr Ashley is incredible. When I first walked in I could barely walk. After just first visit I was able to walk straight with out feeling any pain. It was the first time in 5 years that I was able to bend down and work out and play soccer with my daughters. I would 100% recommend Athlete’s Mechanic.

I was tortured for years with debilitating shin-splints any time I tried to get back into running. Dr. Romaine analyzed my form and helped me make some small but very important tweaks that have worked wonders. I have been able to run pain free for months now and am in the best running shape of my life!
