I rated this a 4 only because the greens were not in the best shape and much smaller than the original design. It is a pretty course and was fun to play. The greens are coming back though.

The course is player-friendly with wide fairways, though some bare spots and challenging greens are noted. Staff are described as good and nice. Amenities can be limited, with reports of no water cups on course and sometimes non-working facilities. Pace of play can be slow, and the course is not considered walkable. Prices are considered decent.

Probably the most pristine golf course I have played on in the low country. Greens perfect rolled great, fairway were smooth with lots of grass, tee boxes were spectacular. I can't wait to go back.

Just moved into the area, was very happy with the course. Wide fairways = some bare spots, challenging greens - some smaller. Staff is good but can see how some would have attitude. Not a walk-able course (unfortunately). They do need water on the course - they do have at bathroom facilities but it didn't work. Play was very slow on the front and opened up as some groups dropped off. A ranger could have helped speed up the slow group. Price was decent as a resident.
