I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. This is a wonderful office in Bluffton, South Carolina, and Dr. Borrows Was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with her and she answered all my questions. Young lady Jessica at the front desk, took my information down, and was very helpful and very friendly. Samantha the op-tech was so kind and very patient with finding all the information that I needed to make the right decision on the type of glasses I wanted. Excellent service. By everyone ! Ms Ricki helped me to make a decision I was very indecisive about which was which frame looked the best on me and she went above and beyond to help me choose the best one ! I love the service provided today and I would recommend americas best to anyone looking for a great eye experience! Thank you to the doctor and staff for a very supportive and caring service ! Very friendly employees and they are as honest as they come!! This was my 3rd eye exam and they’re still not trying to sell me glasses, they just said I could stay with readers again. Class act in my book!!
