I lost a nose pad on my prescription Oakley sunglasses while on vacation in Hilton Head. Janice at Target Opitcal was super pleasant and helpful when I asked if she could possibly fix. She replaced both nose pads with new ones in no time, and for free of charge!! Highly recommended this place!!
The staff is wonderful and the young lady that helped me was very efficient, and it was nice to be able to get in and out so promptly. I thank you for doing such a great job by hiring such a wonderful staff.
I have been here (Target Optical) before and will come back. But, on a Saturday you really need more than one person. For the hour or two I was there there were at least four people waiting on the one person at all times. This short staffing trend is not saving money as some people left and that means you lost money rather than saved on labor costs.
