Everything was as expected. Professional and friendly staff.
One note: When I received voicemail to confirm appointment, I had to call 3 times. VMX mailbox was full, second time I was on hold for 5 minutes before I disconnected and third time I finally connected. Why not just send a text message to confirm if you’re not going to be available reliably by phone?!
We’ve been customers for a couple of years now. No waiting - our appt. was right on time. The exams took 15-20 minutes. I learned some pretty interesting stuff and rec’d answers for all my questions. Highly recommend Crockett Eyes.
