I CAN'T RAVE ABOUT MELISSA, OR THIS PLACE, ENOUGH! My teen picked up her prom dress from the seamstress (not at oxford) 2 days before prom, covered in almost 10-15 stains all over the gown. In a panic, she rushed over to Oxfords to see if they could fit it in with such little time. Not only did she promise my daughter she'd have it done (and it was-with time to spare) she personally called me to let me know how bad it was just in case I was unaware, and sent pictures so I could show the seamstress what happened. I found this fabulous place and could not be happier. They are all about good customer service. You know when you enter that you are a valued customer. My first visit and I will be a regular customer of Oxford. They did not just fill out a form and take my cleaning. They gave me a business card with the manager's name and phone number, they offered alterations if needed and they were proud to have been voted the best dry cleaners in SC!!! I was very impressed! Hands down the best cleaners I’ve ever utilized. They’re extremely courteous, super fast, decent priced, have a drive thru and most importantly they do great work. I’m gonna miss this place when i leave but if im ever in Beaufort again this will be my place. They check every box
