I am very disappointed in the lack of care that was used to put together my husband’s suit. I stopped at the dry cleaner to pick up his 2 pc suit & 1 dress shirt. After arriving home I removed the suit from my car, the jacket slid off the hanger and onto my garage floor. There was no spongy thing on the hanger to prevent this from happening & the button was NOT buttoned. That is just shear laziness. So his clean suit now needs cleaned again. I won’t be returning.

TIME WASTERS
Showed up here on 11:35 1/02/26 and there system couldn’t accept any emails or proceed so I sat there until after 12:00 (by no means is this the front lady’s fault). Then on 1/07/26 I come to pickup my items at 4:15pm and they’re closed. Google hours online are 9:00am to 5:00pm but they put a handwritten paper on the door redoing the hours while still having the offial hours sign saying 5:00pm. On 1/08/25 I show up at 11:00am and they’re closed again while Google and their door hours state Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm/5:00pm. 1 hour of time and gas wasted in a span of 2 days.
Finally caught them open a few days later.

My husband took twelve shirts and got eight back after waiting for over two weeks and several phone calls and attempts to pick them up. Then one of his favorite shirts had a hole in the shoulder, so actually we only got seven usable ones back. This place used to be ok, but it has gone way downhill.
