I am very pleased with the service I have received from this company thus far. We gotta brand new air conditioner and on the day of installation it was over 95 degrees. Although the techs had a blow out on their trailer first thing in the morning causing them a late start they stayed till it was installed which was much appreciated given the heat. They were respectful and apologetic for it taking well into the evening to install. Over all fantastic experience and I have a nice cool home!
We needed a full air conditioning and gas furnace replacement. We got bids from four companies and chose C&L services. We were pleased with the whole experience and interactions with staff . Brewster assessed our needs and provided reasonable estimates for the new system parts and installation. It was clear he loves working with C&L and cares about pleasing their customers. He loaned us a portable AC while we waited for parts - that was a lifesaver since it was 83+ degrees many days! He also called us a few days after the installation to be sure we were satisfied. A very fast response due to the lucky chance of having a free service man in the area. The servicemen were good about cleaning up too. After the fix there was a quick inspection so I really feel it was worth it the call.
