I had an amazing experience. Somebody messed up my two kids hair and I brought them here to get it fixed. The manager did an amazing job with my son and the district manager did such a good job with my daughter. They were so understanding and nice. We left satisfied and will definitely be going back every time.

Very conveniently located, but I can never tell who or what level of quality haircut I’m going to get. Been going here for about 3 years now and it must have changed ownership because it went from the same stylists to a rotating bunch and it’s always different. Some are great, others not so much. None have been bad, but there’s no way to forecast. Can’t really believe the wait times either because some days they check you into the salon and others they don’t so there could be four or five people waiting that the computer isn’t counting in the time calculation. Ok, I am an independent musician and freelance writer, and getting a haircut at great clips fits in my budget. For that, I am very grateful.

Unfortunately, the last time I visited this location, about two months ago, I got a very bad haircut.

But it is just hair, right?, and it can grow—I let the whole experience go.

And two months after that haircut, today, I really, really needed to get my bangs out of my eyes.

Charmain, who cut my hair today, got my whole look absolutely perfect! I want to acknowledge her, and celebrate her, and write the most positive Google review I can craft for Charmain—YOU are the best.
