I had a pretty frustrating failure of my computer tower, and while I normally can fix these things myself, I found I was out of my depth. So I started looking at local places and landed on NCC. Calling in I was met with a friendly, professional, clear group. Bringing in my tower, it was an hour from closing, and I assumed I was going to have to pick it up the next day or day after maybe. Instead, after hearing what the issue was, Joshua popped open the case then and there. Over the next 25 minutes he not only fixed the issue, but explained how it had happened and gave advice to avoid it in the future. Throughout he was courteous, professional, and just a delight to deal with.

The cost was next to nothing. The problem was solved. Headache removed. I will sing the praises of this place to every one of my friends and family in the area, and the next time I need tech help, I'll be right back to NCC. Absolutely floored how superb the service was, in a world where less and less that is the thing.“
