Matt at Wave One is the best. I had two laptops that were hacked exposing all my personnal information, banking, credit and debit cards. Matt said, no problem, leave them here and I will take a look at them.. I get a text not that long later saying all set here. I thought maybe he had fixed one of them. I get there and both laptops are ready, cleaned of viruses, and ready to go. Two hacked laptops fixed in less than two hours. That's pretty amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my computers, and I highly recommend Wave One for all your computer issues.

Matt fixed my sons computer in less than 24 hours. & he cleaned the dust out of it & the price was fair & what I excepted it to be. Matt was very honest & str8 forward .. Matt at Wave One is a straight shooter. No B.S., no upselling. I've brought two laptops in. He diagnosed (free) both quickly. He told me one wasn't worth what he'd have to charge to repair. He fixed the other for a very reasonable price.
