Matt and Stefan are great, spent a considerable amount of time on my gaming setup and only charged me diagnostic fee ($51) after they were unable to solve the problem. I'd say if you're looking specifically for diagnosing/repair for a custom-built PC with specialized parts, you might want to consider elsewhere, but otherwise, these guys are great!
Good service, staff is understanding. Only problem I noticed inside my pc was that the liquid cooler for the cpu wasn't plugged into the correct ports on the motherboard, which is why the liquid cooler was noisier than usual, besides that though, their service was quick and price is okay.
