I had gone to them before to fix my power supply, and they did a great job. A couple of days later, I found my pc not booting. I gave them a call, and Dominic picked up. He spent 47 minutes over the phone being incredibly patient and kind, walking me carefully through the steps to get it working again i coulnt of gotten this done without him and the people at NCC. If you have any computer issues, big or small, these are the people for you, and thank you again, Dominic.

I had a pretty frustrating failure of my computer tower, and while I normally can fix these things myself, I found I was out of my depth. So I started looking at local places and landed on NCC. Calling in I was met with a friendly, professional, clear group. Bringing in my tower, it was an hour from closing, and I assumed I was going to have to pick it up the next day or day after maybe. I highly recommend Jairo and his team at Newport County Computers. Mark and Jason helped me out with a new custom-built PC that wasn’t booting Windows properly. I had already spent hours trying to fix it myself, and they had it up and running in under an hour. The service was fast, professional, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. Definitely the go-to spot for computer help!
