The roofing material and process are quality and look excellent on my roof. The installation went well and was accomplished in a day. Our roof isn't simple either, but the shingles look seemless.
The team that arrived to demo the old shingles and install the new roof did a fantastic job in all phases. These are pros. I live in the city--with other houses close by and all sorts of plants in my yard--and the team kept the work area clean and nothing was even slightly damaged. On clean-up, the team truly left the area better than they found it. There were *no* roofing materials, packaging, nails, or other odds or ends left behind. It was spotless! Given my driveway is next to my house, I appreciate the cleaning to ensure no nails are around to puncture my tires.

“My husband and I can’t recommend Xavier and his team at 757 Exteriors Inc. enough. The team was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end of our homes renovations. My husband and I had damage from the storm that happened at the end of last summer. We had some damage in our roof as well as a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. We contacted Xavier and he came to assess the issue with in a day of calling him. Xavier helped us work with our insurance company thoughout the whole process.
