The installation went well and was accomplished in a day. Our roof isn't simple either, but the shingles look seemless.<br>The team that arrived to demo the old shingles and install the new roof did a fantastic job in all phases. These are pros. I live in the city--with other houses close by and all sorts of plants in my yard--and the team kept the work area clean and nothing was even slightly damaged. On clean-up, the team truly left the area better than they found it. There were *no* roofing materials, packaging, nails, or other odds or ends left behind. It was spotless! Given my driveway is next to my house, I appreciate the cleaning to ensure no nails are around to puncture my tires.<br>I live in an older neighborhood and have seen a mix of roofing teams. My neighbor had to get a roof replaced after 8 years due to a bad install. Another nearby house got their roof replaced, and the team left scrap everywhere. Not Roofing Doctor. “My husband and I can’t recommend Xavier and his team at 757 Exteriors Inc. enough. The team was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end of our homes renovations. My husband and I had damage from the storm that happened at the end of last summer. We had some damage in our roof as well as a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. We contacted Xavier and he came to assess the issue with in a day of calling him. Xavier helped us work with our insurance company thoughout the whole process. Xavier found other damage from the storm that we didn’t know we had. My husband and I were overwhelmed when we found out the news. Xavier calmed our fears and helped support us. He continued to work with the insurance company to provide the support we needed to get the repairs done and a timely, professional manner. He guided us with colors and selections that my husband and I was having a had time making a decision on. Xavier and his team redid our roof, siding, windows, doors, as well as put us in contact with contractors to add on a porch in the front of the house and 2 in the back of the house. Someone to redo our kitchen ceiling, and a electrician to work on one of the electrical lines that was found to have damage/fraying. We were blessed to have him and his team support us in such a stressful time.”

Steve was extremely helpful in choosing the type of windows we needed for our specific situation.<br><br>The installation crew worked over several days to complete this difficult job. Removing 50-year-old aluminum windows is complex because the original nailing flanges are buried under layers of siding and flashing tape, making access challenging. The crew peeled back the siding and navigated these installation layers without damaging the exterior. They also replaced all the insulation they needed to remove during the process. Despite the complexity, they did an excellent job removing the old leaking windows and installing the new Henry brand vinyl windows.<br><br>The new windows look and work great! We were so satisfied that we've already ordered the rest of the windows for the house, as well as a skylight. Very satisfied with Atlantic Exteriors!”

We contacted five companies for roof replacement quotes including B&R Fournier for a quote at the recommendation of a family member. We did our homework up front on roofing products and what information to ask regarding a roof replacement. Ray and Nathan were very easy to work with throughout the quoting process which was primarily done by phone, txt and email while we were in PA. They were very responsive to all our questions, provided valuable advice and suggestions, and were very quick with quote updates as we finalized what we wanted and made this process less stressful for us. After reviewing all requested quotes, we decided to work with B&R Fournier due to our experience working with them during the quoting process, their very competitively priced quote and their willingness to work with us on scheduling so that we could be in town during the work. The roof replacement including skylights went very well. Work crews were very punctual and polite. They worked very hard and did an excellent job accommodating the erratic, unpredictable weather we had including working late to prepare the work space for possible unpredictable weather overnight. The final job was completed excellently and looked great. Clean-up was very thorough. Overall, we were very happy working with B&R Fournier and Ray and Nathan. The entire process went very well.
