I have been patient for so long , but since they changed the staff I haven’t been pleasant with the service, every time I get sick staff who answered the phone are in helpful, I gave the right to reach out to my doctor and get the service I need, they don’t service all patients the same , I wish this review to be taken in consideration, they also going to change location and I still didn’t got informed with the address, the reception was un helpful.

I have been a patient for many years and they always have taken care of me. I saw Melissa today and she was very professional and treated me perfectly. She answered all my questions and concerns on anything I had. A welcomed feeling after not feeling so good from being sick. All the staff are friendly and very informative!

This practice has declined rapidly. Build the company so big that it becomes unorganized, unprofessional and watered down care. Very disappointed to learn by a phone call that the doctor took an early retirement. I’ve been going here for many many years. Having to look for another practice is difficult and stressful but I’m hopeful.
