However, some concerns were raised about the continuity of care, as doctors sometimes change too frequently. While most staff are commended for their professionalism, there have been isolated negative experiences. Overall, Family Care Center offers a comprehensive range of services and is committed to helping patients get the care they need, whether in-house or through referrals.
Love Family Care. I'm 56 and been going since I was 16. Always willing to help and care about their patients. My doctor even calls and checks on me after sick or hospital visits.
You know its really sad when people post comments about the wait and staff when I have been going there for years and not once has anyone been unkind or not treated me for what I came in for. If your so unhappy then try elsewhere and see if anything will be different. These people work hard to help and many are just ungrateful expecting the doctors to pull out a wand and magically heal everyone. We have to wait for everything in life, even to die so relax people it's not that serious. To the staff at Family care, I THINK YOU ALL ARE GREAT AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND HELP.
I have been with Family Care for over 15 years. The Dr's and nurses are wonderful. I was just there yesterday at their clinic. I have the flu it seems. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work at keeping us healthy .
