CHECK PRICES THEY ARE THE WORST.....I booked an appt for an MRI of my hand before surgery and was told I had to pay the balance of my deductible which was $750. I asked how much without insurance because last time it was $450 and was told without insurance it was $550. I get the increase things cost more. I called Blue Cross and they told me they can charge what they want even though it was wrong. I questioned the price with RIMI and the girl was so rude then she hung up on me. So now I'm going to RI Hosp for $450. You have to question everything, no wonder this place has so few stars and Blue Cross allows it. Whoever is in the billing office, You need to be fired.

I had an appointment at 333 school st however someone switched it to 407 East ave I'm so mad because I was comfortable at 333 school st. for my mammogram. Why change my location?

I have had an appointment I’ve been waiting on for two months. They canceled it and did not inform me until I showed up for it. The receptionist and MRI tech that I spoke to were all very rude. No one apologized, horrible customer service and no empathy. For something that was not my fault, they sure made it feel like it was.
