I had just seen my doctor for acute severe back pain, (radiculopathy), and she prescribed an x-ray at this facility. When we arrived we advised the staff I was in severe pain and needed a wheel chair and wasn't able to walk to the office. The response from the receptionist was "You need a wheel chair? I don't think we have any." Then the family member of a patient said there was one upstairs. My 80 year old husband climbed the stairs and did find a wheel chair but couldn't find an elevator. He had to bring the chair down a flight of stairs to bring it to me. I attempted to walk to the office but only got as far as inside the front door. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE HELPED MY...read full review

Brought my mother in on a stretcher, once inside two different employees pointed us to the elevator. The elevator was hardly large enough for two people never mind the stretcher. My mother had to be put back in the ambulance and driven to an other entrance where there wasn't enough room to park without blocking the entire driveway. Not sure how the medical personnel working in the building could be so callous with an elderly patient in obvious pain.
