This salon is fantastic, very relaxing atmosphere, pleasant and friendly staff. They very kindly honored a gift certificate that I didn't realize was from the previous salon. I was able to get a facial and massage, which was wonderful and relaxing. The staff will chat if you want to be friendly, or will be respectful if you prefer quiet. I highly recommend Butter Day Spa and will tell my friends!
I came in feeling pretty nervous about getting laser hair removal done, but Sarah completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, she created such a calm and welcoming environment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
What really stood out was how relaxed she made me feel during the entire appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have a positive experience. By the end of the session, all my initial concerns were gone.
