In talking with Master Leong, she has studied with instructors in order to develop this class.In September of 2020, I moved from the Tai Chi for Arthritis to practicing "regular" Tai Chi. I have found it to be very beneficial with my balance and movement. I would highly recommend trying Tai Chi.“
