My daughter has been attending classes at RSAK for almost a year now. I cannot say enough what a gift to the community this place is. The instructors somehow manage to maintain a delicate balance between expecting excellence and a steadfast acceptance of each kid, wherever they are emotionally that day/week/month. Not only are the kids learning karate forms and physical discipline -- they're also learning about character, friendship, responsibility, and being a good citizen. The dedication of the RSAK leadership to training their instructors and building their curriculum around helping parents raise strong, character driven kids really shows.
Love the team here, great skills training, complete with upstanding instructors and moral lessons for the class! We've been coming here for years, now the next generations are practicing! :-)
Karate was my main sport as a kid, so I knew what I was looking for in a studio. RSAK is the fourth place we tried, and I knew instantly that it was the right place for my kids. They’ve been students for 1.5 years now, and it’s a home away from home where they have grown so much in both athleticism and character. I love the weekly lessons, we all love all the instructors, and I love the discipline they’re developing. Looking forward to many more years at RSAK, and I’m so grateful my kids are surrounded by such special teachers as they grow.
