I've been coming here for over 30 years. Most of the same friendly faces are still here and treat us like family. We always receive terrific care. Modern equipment and eyewear selections, and plenty of parking.

I had a minor contacts question. And while they were unable to assist me, they were polite. (I should have half jokingly name dropped that my father was Dr Kaplan’s high school French teacher lol.

$50 fee charged for a canceled appointment I agreed last week to go in but unfortunately I missed it and called few hours later to reschedule because I badly needed new glasses. After more than 10 years using family eye care even I tried to argue it still a big No won't unlock my account to book me another appointment unless I pay the $50.00 with the worse of customer service attitude on the phone putting me so long on hold... I end up paying and booked another appointment which will be in about 2 months later but I won't be buying no more my glasses from them.
