The team that arrived to demo the old shingles and install the new roof did a fantastic job in all phases. These are pros. I live in the city--with other houses close by and all sorts of plants in my yard--and the team kept the work area clean and nothing was even slightly damaged. On clean-up, the team truly left the area better than they found it. There were *no* roofing materials, packaging, nails, or other odds or ends left behind. It was spotless! Given my driveway is next to my house, I appreciate the cleaning to ensure no nails are around to puncture my tires.
I live in an older neighborhood and have seen a mix of roofing teams. My neighbor had to get a roof replaced after 8 years due to a bad install.
