“4.5 stars really….I am 1,000% satisfied with my roof! Corey was my contact person and he was excellent, very responsive and polite. Very fair price too. Only -0.5 starts because they really beat up my native dogwood. I know the contract says they can do what they need to do to get access, but this tree is not overbearing and could have been cut back more carefully. Instead the workers just hacked at it wherever they pleased without considering the health of the tree. Alas, the dogwood did not produce any berries for the birds this year. Hopefully with some TLC (and a few hundred bucks I wasn’t exactly prepared to spend) from an arborist, it will bounce back.Despite this I would still highly recommend Ferschke Construction for your roofing needs.“
“Honestly, I thought it was a joke when my wife wanted to pay someone to do the windows, but we do have some that are up very high, and the guy did an incredible job. Took all the screens out and cleaned them. Cleaned the interior and exterior on all the windows, including the slider and two nautical style windows we have high up on the house. He wasn't rushing to get out of here and on to the next job. He took his time and really did a great job. He is very professional and very thorough. Won't hesitate to use him again when we need him.“

Sergei came to my house and provided me a complete information package on the roofing materials to be used including copies of his licenses and insurance. I received a detailed quote shortly thereafter. After a little price negotiation I scheduled the job and they arrived on time with a full crew. They did the entire job, 39 squares of roof in one day! “My roof sustained wind damage during a storm the day before Christmas. We lost several shingles and had water leaking into the upstairs bedroom. Edwin was extremely responsive and helped us out immediately by putting a tarp on the roof. When my insurance company underestimated the payment, Edwin fought really hard to get a more accurate assessment of what needed to be done and he advocated for a payment that was nearly twice what the insurance company was originally going to pay. The result was that we got a beautiful new roof and it was done the way it needed to be done. He was extremely easy to work with and I felt he always had my best interest in mind.
